Bobby Parks Email | http://peachtreedecksandporches.com/ Bobby Parks is the owner of Peachtree Decks and Porches LLC located in Alpharetta Ga. which he founded in 2007. Bobby has been in the deck and porch building industry for over 20 years and has been involved in the delivery of over $30 million of residential and commercial deck and porch projects. He specializes in the mid to high end residential niche of the North Atlanta metro market and has delivered projects with contracts as high as $347,000. These include UPS Corporate, Nortel Networks, Omni Hotel, Atlanta Botanical Gardens, and a project for one of the founders of Home Depot. Bobby is currently a contributing editor for Professional Deck Builder Magazine, a Hanley Wood Deck Expo Advisory Council member, and serves on a number of alternative decking and railing manufacturer’s advisory staffs. He is a frequent speaker at industry events on deck and porch building and design. He designed and delivered a project that was featured in “This Old House” magazine’s May 2008 issue as “The High Tech-Low Fuss Deck” He has other projects featured in Professional Deck Builder and Fine Homebuilding Magazines and has been quoted in several magazines and newspapers including Smart Money Magazine and the New York Times. He has been involved with both radio and television involving decks and has traveled to Tokyo and Osaki Japan in order to share ideas with other deck building operations. He is an active member of NADRA (North American Rail and Decking Association) where he serves as the President of the Greater Atlanta Georgia NADRA Chapter.
